New Orleans waitress who got a $777 tip donates it all to church

Waitress Ava Guan at Hoshun Restaurant got a $777 tip over the weekend. Earlier in the day, she had donated $300 to her church so they can fix a broken AC. She prayed and asked God for a miracle because she knew $300 wasn’t enough. That night, businessman Abdul Hamideh gave her a $777 tip for a $63.00 meal. She believes he was an angel sent by God to answer her prayers. Ava turned around and donated the money to her church. Hamideh is a franchise owner of IHOP and Popeyes. He just opened a new restaurant and felt so thankful that day, he wanted to bless someone else with a generous act. He says 777 is a lucky number and is happy to have put a smile on Ava’s face that day. He feels it is more blessed to give than to receive.
