Iowa DNR says one person died after falling off bluff
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources reports a person died after a fall at Bellevue State Park, according to KCRG. At about 4:21 a.m. Saturday, authorities received a call that someone had fallen off a bluff at the park in Jackson County. When officials arrived, they found the person and pronounced them dead at the scene. The Iowa DNR and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are still investigating.
