A Susquehanna Valley World War II veteran who raised money for pandemic relief is now fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.Bob Kelsall, 99, was able to get the shots at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.WGAL profiled Kelsall last year as he walked laps around his driveway to raise money for people affected by the pandemic.Kelsall said he needed to get the COVID-19 vaccine so he could stay healthy and walk more laps this spring.
